AIMS:

  • To guarantee the adjustment of the entrepreneurs and the workers of micro businesses to the needs that stem from the changes n the management systems and the development of the information society, by improving its competences.
  • To improve the organization and efficiency of the micro-companies by means of incorporating technologies, systems and processes based on the TIC’s
  • To promote the cooperation among micro-companies as an adapting strategy to the new economic scenario.
  • To support flexibility formulas for employment time, that strive to improve the balance between professional and family life.

MEASURES:

  • IMPROVE THE COMPETENCES:
    • Carry out studies and research, regarding the scope of Human Resources’ current qualification in front of the challenges of the new ways of management.
  1. Promotion actions: Business promoting, technological literacy.
  2. Qualification actions that will guarantee the acquiring of knowledge to successfully face the adjustment to the new demands required for a job post and taking on the technological changes.
  • INTRODUCTION NEW MANAGEMENT MODELS IN THE COMPANY:
    • Creating a TIC Resource Local Centre.
  • Awareness programme regarding TICs.
  • Change Observatory. Regular analysis of the change factors, especially those regarding the effect of the TICs in the business competitiveness environments.
  • Start up of the Business Platform.
  • PROMOTION OF COOPERATION
    • Awareness and training actions for business cooperation.
  • Promotion of cooperation agreements.
  • PROMOTION OF NEW ORGANIZATION METHODS
    • Research on work time management in the micro businesses.
  • Write out a practices guide: "The flexible organization of the work time.
  • Establishing incentives for the best practices carried out by micro businesses regarding the work time management and businesses which are socially conciliatory.
